o Students will explain how major events are related to one another through maps, charts, timelines,
readings, etc.

o Students will examine different primary and secondary sources to distinguish fact from opinion,
relevant from irrelevant information and verifiable from unverifiable information in historical
narratives and stories.

o Students will look at different events and identify the main points, patterns, issues, as well as craft
